  They do amazing work and make you feel comforted while your dealing with your pet's passing. Very appreciative of everything they did.

  I have been trying to call this place for a week and send email to order urn for my dog's cremation. They don't respond to email or answer the phone. What business do you know that does not have a voicemail? Ridiculous customer service.

  They were very acommadating to the time constrants we had to live with. My dear friend Yogi (11 year old schnauzer) passed at 845pm. Heavenly Days were there to pick up his beautiful little body by 915pm, allowing me some time to hold him. The most difficult decision I ever had to make. Linda was a dear !

  I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the service provided to me, in my time of sorrow. Both Linda and Jeannette were extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. The entire process went smooth, and everything that was promised to me, was saw through, and more. They cared for my loss, and were very comforting to me. They even arranged for me to drop off my dog, and pick up his ashes at an animal hospital they partnered with, that was close to me, which was extremely helpful, as they were too far for me to drive, and for them to pick him up at my house and drop him back off, was 200.00. They did not have to offer the information about dropping him off at the animal hospital, for free. They are honest people, who are not trying to rip you off. You have plenty of affordable options for your beloved pet's cremation. There are about 10 - 15 nice wood boxes, that are included, or you can purchase a nicer urn, but they are not pressuring you to buy buy buy. The choice is completely up to you. I am sooo happy and feel blessed that i found them, as i had no clue what i would do with my beloved dog of 14 years. When i picked him up, the wood box was even nicer in person, they also wrapped a ribbon with a imitation flower bouquet around it, which made it resemble a casket. They included a death/cremation certificate, and they included a card that sent their condolences, and pinned to the card was a broach/pin of a dog with wings and a halo. I have everything set up on a table in my home, and since i picked him up (ashes), there has been a sense of comfort, like I'm finding peace, knowing he is home with me. They exceeded my expectations!I I pray you don't lose your pet, but when you do, go see them, you wont regret it!!Thanks so much!!!

  Sad to say I have had two of my furbabies pass away in the last 1 1/2 months and each time I have taken them to Heavenly Days and the experience was wonderful. It is so difficult to leave them because you don't want to say good-bye and they make the experience much easier. They have a wonderful room to say your good-byes. Very peaceful. I love the lady who greets you and handles the details and I also love seeing the cats and dogs there. The animals do offer comfort, at least to me. You get your furbabies back in a timely manner and they are treated with respect. Because even though they are gone, you still want them treated like your babies and they do that. Lots of urn's to choose from, paw prints of your furbabies are also available and very affordable. During such a tragic time in your life, Heavenly Days makes it a little easier. God bless you all.
